West gate realty owns the storage units on first st. I went in on fri paid my deposit and first months rent. The only one who halfway knows whats going on is the owner. I repeatedly was told they would open the gate by 10am Monday. Come to find out they leave it open all the time. Theres no gate there! So l meet my unloaders there at 10 and theres a lock on mu unit. No one went to make sure my unit was ready. So l called and it took almost an hour for the owner to show up w a key. He shows doesnt have the right key so he gives me a different unit. I had to pay those helpers to just sit there and wait on this person to show up. So that cost me $100 extra. And he wouldn't even give me a months rent for my troubles and expense. And to b honest was rude about. He didn't care if rented or not. I would not recommend this place or even use them as a realtor. If he can't manage a storage facility you're going to trust him to sell you something for several thousand dollars. I wouldn't. The girl at the front desk has no clue about his rental units. Totally unprofessional! I will take him to small claims to get what he owes me. Ge acted like he didn't even care. Besides all that you cant get a moving truck to the back and expect to be able to get out yet theres no signage alerting you to this.

Everything went as smoothly as possible with Shaun and all of his team. I couldn’t have had a better experience. They’re top notch. More than just a realtor, a genuine person that cares more than just about the dotted line. Thank you all so much!
